SDK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,266 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDK1_S2097, PHC1_S664, and CBX1. Each is linked with SDK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDK1-to-partner and partner-to-SDK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDK1 versus SDK1_S2097 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
