Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,171 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDK1-AS1, BATF2, and ANKRD22. Each is linked with SDK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDK1-to-partner and partner-to-SDK1 results are reported.
