Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, ADAR1, and p53. Each is linked with SDK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDK1-to-partner and partner-to-SDK1 results are reported.
