SDK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,200 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4M2, OR2F1, and POLI. Each is linked with SDK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDK1-to-partner and partner-to-SDK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4M2 grouped by SDK1-low versus SDK1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
