SDHDP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,935 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHDP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGHV3OR16-12, SSBP1, and THOC1. Each is linked with SDHDP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHDP2-to-partner and partner-to-SDHDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
