Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDHD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,560 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA, Ether catabolic process, and Glycerol ether catabolic process. Each is linked with SDHD in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHD-to-partner and partner-to-SDHD results are reported.
