Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SDHCP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SDHCP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher SDHCP3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SDHCP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUAD show a favorable association.
MESO, SKCM, and UVM are the cancer types where SDHCP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
