SDHAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2OR2-7, RNU6-716P, and LCN1P2. Each is linked with SDHAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAP3-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
