SDHAF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHAF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 128 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHAF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA17-AS1, SLC16A12-AS1, and SNRPCP19. Each is linked with SDHAF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAF3-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHAF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHAF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
