Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHAF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,030 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDHAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIP13, SDHA, and CCT5. Each is linked with SDHAF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAF2-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDHAF2 versus TRIP13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
