Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDHAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,190 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDHAF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, succinate to ubiquinone, Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Anterograde axonal protein transport. Each is linked with SDHAF2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAF2-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAF2 results are reported.
