Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDHAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,123 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHAF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Respiratory chain complex II assembly, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex II assembly, and Peptidyl-methionine modification. Each is linked with SDHAF1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAF1-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAF1 results are reported.
