SDHA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,938 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDHAF2, ZFR, and NSUN2. Each is linked with SDHA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHA-to-partner and partner-to-SDHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDHA versus SDHAF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
