SDHA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,088 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRANK1, RCAN2, and SPARC. Each is linked with SDHA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHA-to-partner and partner-to-SDHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDHA versus TRANK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
