Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Rad50, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with SDHA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHA-to-partner and partner-to-SDHA results are reported.
