Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDHA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,335 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic recombination checkpoint signaling, 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA, and Thalamus development. Each is linked with SDHA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHA-to-partner and partner-to-SDHA results are reported.
