The most reproducible SDHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FADS2, FAM71E1, and OSBPL10. Each is linked with SDHA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHA-to-partner and partner-to-SDHA results are reported.
