SDHA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDHA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 647 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H14, RAD51AP1, and TTC33. Each is linked with SDHA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHA-to-partner and partner-to-SDHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H14 grouped by SDHA-low versus SDHA-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
