SDF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of protein location in mitochondrion, Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, and Negative regulation of oxidative stress-induced neuron intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with SDF4 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF4-to-partner and partner-to-SDF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Maintenance of protein location in mitochondrion grouped by SDF4-low versus SDF4-high in LGG.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 7,164 associations by consensus.
