SDF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, AMPK_pT172, and ATM. Each is linked with SDF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF4-to-partner and partner-to-SDF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by SDF4-low versus SDF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
