Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,370 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane protein proteolysis, Regulation of endosome organization, and Positive regulation of type 2 mitophagy. Each is linked with SDF4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF4-to-partner and partner-to-SDF4 results are reported.
