SDF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,907 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COLGALT1, IGF2BP2, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with SDF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF2-to-partner and partner-to-SDF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDF2 versus COLGALT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
