SDF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP516, MTA2, and PGAM1. Each is linked with SDF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF2-to-partner and partner-to-SDF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP516 grouped by SDF2-low versus SDF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
