Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,673 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol, and Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with SDF2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF2-to-partner and partner-to-SDF2 results are reported.
