SDE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,803 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, OTUD7B, and RNPEP. Each is linked with SDE2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDE2-to-partner and partner-to-SDE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDE2 versus BROX in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
