SDE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 875 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-668P, RNA5SP35, and TRAJ27. Each is linked with SDE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDE2-to-partner and partner-to-SDE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-668P grouped by SDE2-low versus SDE2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
