SDC4P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,242 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC4P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of postsynapse organization, Obsolete ubiquitin-dependent ERAD pathway, and Regulation of intracellular protein transport. Each is linked with SDC4P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC4P-to-partner and partner-to-SDC4P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC4P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC4P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
