SDC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,405 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, MET, and PARD6B. Each is linked with SDC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC4-to-partner and partner-to-SDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDC4 versus RBM47 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
