SDC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K, GATA6, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with SDC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC4-to-partner and partner-to-SDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K grouped by SDC4-low versus SDC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
