Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,637 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral process, Wound healing, and Viral life cycle. Each is linked with SDC4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC4-to-partner and partner-to-SDC4 results are reported.
