SDC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,873 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, LCP2, and ADPRH. Each is linked with SDC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC3-to-partner and partner-to-SDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDC3 versus PLEKHO2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
