SDC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,942 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are P3H1, PI4K2A, and ERO1A. Each is linked with SDC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC3-to-partner and partner-to-SDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDC3 versus P3H1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
