SDC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP169, TCP11X1, and PRELID3BP2. Each is linked with SDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC3-to-partner and partner-to-SDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP169 grouped by SDC3-low versus SDC3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
