Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are p53, Smad1, and MEK1. Each is linked with SDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC3-to-partner and partner-to-SDC3 results are reported.
