Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,069 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELENON, SKI, and ZCCHC24. Each is linked with SDC3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC3-to-partner and partner-to-SDC3 results are reported.
