SDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,766 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN1, FKBP7, and MSRB3. Each is linked with SDC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC2-to-partner and partner-to-SDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDC2 versus ACTN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
