SDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-340P, MIR3135A, and RN7SL776P. Each is linked with SDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC2-to-partner and partner-to-SDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-340P grouped by SDC2-low versus SDC2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
