Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,319 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SDC2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC2-to-partner and partner-to-SDC2 results are reported.
