SDC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,096 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS3, NIBAN2, and PPP1R13L. Each is linked with SDC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC1-to-partner and partner-to-SDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDC1 versus PLS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
