SDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,033 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ULBP2, GJB2, and PAK3. Each is linked with SDC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC1-to-partner and partner-to-SDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDC1 versus ULBP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
