SDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 788 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1841, RPL22P14, and RNU4-14P. Each is linked with SDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC1-to-partner and partner-to-SDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIAA1841 grouped by SDC1-low versus SDC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
