Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,410 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Myoblast development, Positive regulation of extracellular exosome assembly, and Positive regulation of protein localization to cell periphery. Each is linked with SDC1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC1-to-partner and partner-to-SDC1 results are reported.
