Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCO5A. Each is linked with SDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC1-to-partner and partner-to-SDC1 results are reported.
