Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDAD1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,967 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDAD1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with SDAD1P2 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDAD1P2-to-partner and partner-to-SDAD1P2 results are reported.
