Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SDAD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SDAD1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher SDAD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SDAD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
OV, BLCA, and STAD are the cancer types where SDAD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
