SDAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,858 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are G3BP2, ANKRD17, and PPAT. Each is linked with SDAD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SDAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
