Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,136 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDAD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit export from nucleus, Ribosome localization, and Ribosomal subunit export from nucleus. Each is linked with SDAD1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SDAD1 results are reported.
