SCYL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,534 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCYL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, GATAD2B, and RCOR3. Each is linked with SCYL3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL3-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCYL3 versus RPRD2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCYL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCYL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
