SCYL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCYL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7158, POLRMTP1, and UBE2V1P9. Each is linked with SCYL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL3-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7158 grouped by SCYL3-low versus SCYL3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCYL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCYL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
