SCYL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCYL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SCYL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL3-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by SCYL3-low versus SCYL3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCYL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCYL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
